The ICAGPS consists of all Chartered Accountants licensed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana to Practice as Chartered Accountants or as Accountants in Public Practice (APP)

Members are all:
1. Qualified Chartered  Accountants of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).
2. Licensed to practice as Public Accountants in Ghana.
3. Partners of Licensed Practising Firms.
